Quality Assurance & Control
Welding Procedure Qualification (WPS/PQR): Welding procedures are qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX, to ensure compliance with specified welding requirements.
Welder Qualification & Testing (WPQ/WQTR): Welders are qualified with ASME Section IX to verify their competency for the intended welding process.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Weld examination such as Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), as per ASME Section V and project requirements.
Hydrostatic Testing (Hydrotest): Pressure testing of applicable equipment to verify pressure integrity and leak tightness.
Pressure Vessel Compliance: For applicable pressure vessels, fabrication, inspection, and testing requirements may be governed by ASME Section VIII, Division 1.
Pneumatic & Leak Testing: Conducting applicable tests as specified by the equipment design, governing code, and customer requirements.
Final Inspection & Documentation: Verifying equipment conformity and maintaining relevant material certificates, welding records, inspection reports, and test reports before dispatch.
