Suyara Industries manufactures Multi Effect Evaporators (MEE) designed for efficient concentration of industrial process liquids with reduced steam consumption. Multi Effect Evaporators use multiple evaporation stages, or effects, arranged in series so that the vapour generated from one effect can be utilized as the heating medium for the next effect. This arrangement helps improve thermal efficiency and reduce overall energy consumption compared with single-effect evaporation. The number of effects and system configuration can be customized according to the required evaporation duty, available steam, feed conditions, desired concentration and energy-efficiency requirements.
